There are icons that pass through time and remain in the memory, characters and moments that for some reason have left their mark; then there are those who have decided to give them new life, to revitalize their image in favor of those who love them and revered them, and even those who have never known them.

Grittini revisits the pop icons of cinema, music and art with an unparalleled technical mastery, but above all with an intellectual spark that ennobles the past and the momentarily lost or forgotten. From Marylin Monroe to Roman Holiday, from the great wave of Hokusai to Sofia Loren, there are about 30 subjects to which Grittini has redone the look, embellishing them and bringing out new nuances of the soul and mind. The Craker Art breaks up, cuts, sews, glues and reassembles giving rise to surprising results. On display are unique pieces on canvas, on paper and serigraphs in limited edition.

Why you should visit this exhibition?

To immerse oneself in real beauty, to rediscover contemporary myths in a new light, but above all to admire the work of one of the great figures of the twentieth century, the one who was the official photographer of the poet Alda Merini and to whom the masters of Pop Art, Warhol among many, they entrusted the prints and the production of their works.
