Mr. Brainwash has once again spread messages of life, love and aspirations to dream big!
The Rodeo Drive Committee unveiled a new outdoor public art installation filled with hearts, Follow Your Heart, by internationally renowned street artist Mr. Brainwash, whose Beverly Hills contemporary art museum opens in December 2022.
FOLLOW YOUR HEART
His latest creation is a vibrant outdoor art installation consisting of twelve monumental, chrome-plated heart-shaped balloon sculptures in vibrant shades of pink, green, blue, yellow, red and orange.
Presented as individual and grouped installations, the heart-shaped sculptures of different sizes, some up to almost 3 metres high, appear to be inflated but are works made of fibreglass, stainless steel and automotive paint to withstand the elements.

A new multi-coloured art installation by Mr Brainwash invites you to follow your heart along the iconic fashion street.
This artwork, organised in collaboration with the Rodeo Drive Committee, invites passers-by to follow their hearts along the iconic Rodeo Drive street. Organised as part of a partnership, Follow Your Heart is visible from 13th February 2024 and will remain so until 12th June 2024.
STREET ARTWORK IN BEVERLY HILLS
Vibrant new heart-shaped sculptures underline the universal similarity that unites us. The colourful, photogenic and interactive public art project is free and open to all.

Mr. Brainwash's installation as a meaningful talking point for residents and visitors alike, the artist's unique signature perfectly complements the iconic atmosphere of Rodeo Drive, and the city is proud to host this extraordinary installation.
Mr. Brainwash's past installations
With Follow Your Heart, Mr. Brainwash wanted to continue the commitment he had already shown in the past towards the presentation of public art on Rodeo Drive.
Mr. Brainwash had already realised public works in collaboration with the Rodeo Drive Committee and the City of Beverly Hills.
In 2023, the Street Artist created Imagiro, consisting of life-size metal sculptures of coloured origami animals. The installation comprised nine large metal sculptures, 2 to 3 metres high, depicting origami animals, including birds, a bear, an elephant, a dog and a rabbit. This lively interactive art project ran from 11th July to 25th September 2023.
Mr. Brainwash intended to inspire joy and a warm feeling of nostalgia in the viewers.
"I used to do origami as a child and I always loved it. The only problem is that you don't keep it because you do it on paper, so I wanted to give it a longer life. 'Imagiro' is origami that can last for years and years."
And again in 2019, the Beverly Hills BOLD initiative for which he created several bright red works, presenting positive messages such as Life is Beautiful and Beverly Hills is Life. The installations were temporarily placed at three different locations in the city, from Camden Drive at Santa Monica Boulevard South to Rodeo Drive at Dayton Way. They were later installed on a long-term basis in the 200 block of Rodeo Drive.
