Deodato Arte Gallery is pleased to announce Art Night dedicated to artist Daniele Fortuna.
Saturday, February 26, 2022
⏰ from 6.30 p.m.
During the art night, artist Mr. Savethewall will give a live performance bringing to life the unprecedented work “Kiss Me Courma”.
Positioned on one of Courmayeur's main streets, Deodato Arte Gallery brings unique works by important artists of the Pop and Contemporary scene to the foot of Mont Blanc. At 1,224 meters in high altitude, surrounded by a unique natural panorama, Deodato Arte offers the opportunity to admire works by great national and international artists.
Don't miss the opportunity to admire the top-rated contemporary artists inside the Courmayeur Deodato Arte Contemporary Art Gallery such as David LaChapelle, Mr. Brainwash and Takashi Murakami but also the artists who have characterized the history of 20th-century art such as Pablo Picasso, Marc Chagall and Salvador Dalì.
The “Fellini of Photography, the ‘Magritte of his genre,’ artist David LaChapelle impresses anyone who admires his photographs. His surreal shots feature bright, fluorescent colors that are the result of craftsmanship in which compositions are elaborate and colors are saturated.
Among the artists who most influence LaChapelle's work are the master of surrealism, Salvador Dalì and Jeff Koons.
Marc Chagall's artistic output boasts a vast and varied creation of paintings, drawings, sculptures, book illustrations, stained glass and engravings. Mixed within his works are the cultural traditions of France, Russia and his native Jewish culture.
His works immortalize the stages of his life and tell of his escapes, rediscovery of his roots, love for his beloved and his dreams.
Described as one of the best representatives of cultural originality in contemporary Japan, Takashi Murakami creates his artworks by blending references to mass culture with the traits of Japan's cultural and artistic tradition.
In New York he came into contact with Superflat, which would define Murakami's style as well as become a full-fledged Japanese art movement.
